Job Description:

We are seeking a Mainframe Developer to join us at Woodland Hills, working on a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Mainframe applications applying COBOL, VSAM, JCL, and DB2 CICS.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Handle version control using tools such as Changeman and Endeavor.
• Configure and maintain scheduling tools like TWS and CA7.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.
• Apply ticketing systems like ServiceNow for issue tracking.

Required Skills:

• Mainframe technologies including COBOL, VSAM, JCL, and DB2 CICS.
• Knowledge of version control tools like Changeman and Endevor.
• Experience with scheduling tools such as TWS and CA7.
• Ability to lead and run small teams optimally.
• Prior experience in the Insurance domain is a plus.
