Position: Mainframe Developer
Location: Wilmington, DE (Onsite Opportunity)
Duration: Long Term Contract
Note: We need strong experience in CICS, MQ, Cobol, VSAM, Strong Development
Job Description:
- Advanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
- Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
- Working proficiency in developmental toolsets
- Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
- Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
- Passionate about building an innovative culture
- Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages
- Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement
- 10+ years’ Mainframe Application / COBOL development experience
- 7+ years’ experience in CICS/DB2/VSAM/MQ application development
- Experience required in debug tools like Expeditor
- Experience with File Aid, Stored Procedures, Endevor, CA-7, NDM, MFTS, s-FTP, XML, CLIST, REXX is a plus
- Experience in Java, JSON, JMS, Kafka, API REST services, Spring Boot, WOLA is a plus
- Experience in application development using financial messaging Using SWIFT MT, ISO 20022 pain, pacs, camt message formats is a plus
