OverviewOur Incoming Bill Processors enter mailed-in bills into our software. These team members efficiently open and accurately sort thousands of mail pieces a day. Speed and accuracy are keys to success, but with our in-depth training, on-site instructors, and extended time periods to meet standards, any individual that is goal-oriented, willing to learn, and persistent will be successful.
Responsibilities
As an Incoming Bill Processor, you will be responsible for:
- Opening and sorting mail based on type of correspondence
- Scanning and saving all bills into company software
- Identifying and resolving duplicate bills’ causes
- Picking up mail from post office
- Self-driven
- Advanced attention to detail
- Punctuality
- Experience with Google Suite
- Adaptability
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be 21 or older
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Working Mondays, Tuesdays, and Saturdays are required
