Your Opportunity:
Taylor Print Impressions, a Taylor Corporation company, is looking for a Mailing Rate/Process Specialist to join the team in Arden Hills, MN. They are seeking a well-organized individual who is responsible for all mailing regulations, processing, verification, and information as it relates to direct mail pieces sent from Taylor Corporation.
Work Authorization: To be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Produce and affix appropriate postal documentation
- Verify postal docs to production schedules and print postal documents
- Verify proper production of mailings
- Verify and approve mailing documents produced by the business units
- Enter postal numbers into internal software application for presort mailings, business reply mail, postage dues, meter money, stamps etc.
- Work with international mail brokers coordination production and due dates
- Work with presort consolidators scheduling production and due dates
- Work with transportation vendors coordinating postal drop shipments to USPS BMEU’s and SCF’s
- Verify USPS withdrawing accurate postage dollars from corporate; Follow up on discrepancies
- Maintain electronic documents of permit balances
- Make postal recommendations to project managers and production
- Update the Daily program, accurately documenting where jobs are in the production process
- Work with outside production vendors when Taylor Corporation is not mailing the job
- Work with USPS locally about production levels, trucks, timelines, etc.
- Work with USPS regionally about issues that can’t get resolved locally
- Attend postal training meetings
- Attend internal Pre-production meetings
- Other duties as assigned by management
You Must Have:
- Computer skills – especially Excel experience
- Basic reading and math skills
- Prioritization and organization skills
- Communication skills
- The ability to work under direct supervision and interact with a variety of personnel
- The ability to stand for over majority of shift
- Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs (specifically paper)
- To adapt to change; be flexible and handle stress
- The ability to organize, prioritize workload and pay attention to detail
- Complete jobs in a timely manner
- Comply with ISO procedures
- Follow safety and quality procedures
- Work additional hours and different shifts when needed
- Ensure customer needs are met
- Exhibit company core values
- High school diploma or equivalent

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $51,400 - 64,300. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employee.
