DATAMARK, Inc. is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Mail Associate II to join our team. As a leading provider of business process outsourcing solutions, DATAMARK helps organizations worldwide manage their operations more efficiently and effectively. The Mail Associate II will play a crucial role in handling incoming and outgoing mail for our clients.
In this role, the Mail Associate II will be responsible for receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail in a timely and accurate manner. They will also prepare outgoing mail for delivery, ensuring that it is properly packaged, labeled, and recorded. The Mail Associate II will maintain accurate records of mail activities and assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies.
Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail
- Perform detailed sorting operations per current business rules and work instructions
- Ensure accurate recording of mail activities
- Properly package, label, and record outgoing mail
- Assist in resolving mail-related issues or discrepancies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the mail room area
- Perform first-level and detailed research as required to correctly identify and route document images percurrent business rules and work instructions
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of experience in physical mail handling or data entry/research role
- 45 WPM with 98% accuracy
- 6000 KPH with 98% accuracy
- Ability to lift and carry heavy packages or bulk mail
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with mailroom equipment and software
- Knowledge of postal regulations and procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
