In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all mail-related activities, ensuring that our clients' communications flow seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail promptly and accurately preparing outgoing mail, ensuring it meets all packaging and labeling requirements. This is a production environment, fast paced with high attention to detail, and with tight deadlines. You will also perform first level research to assist in resolving issues or discrepancies. There’s no shortage of opportunities for growth and learning in this position!

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A passion for learning and a willingness to embrace new challenges
- Previous experience in mail handling or customer service is desired
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift and carry mail or packages of varying weights
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Familiarity with basic mailroom equipment is a plus!
- High attention to detail, and with tight deadlines
- 40 WPM typing speed with 98% accuracy
- 6000 KPH data entry speed with 98% accuracy
