Role Outline:

We are growing our team and looking for an experienced Magnolia Lead / Senior Engineer to design and implement robust digital experience solutions. You will lead projects, shape technical architecture, and collaborate with both technical teams and clients to deliver high-quality results.

In this role you will be reporting to our DXP Manager.

Here are some of the exciting tasks awaiting you:

• Design and implement solutions using Magnolia DXP
• Act as Tech Lead and subject matter expert
• Define and maintain technical architecture
• Integrate with various marketing technologies
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Follow Agile development practices
• Provide accurate documentation, estimates, and project oversight

A mix of the following is the person we are looking for:

• 3+ years with CMS platforms (Magnolia or AEM preferred)
• 5+ years in software development with strong Java skills
• Experience with Spring, Blossom, REST APIs, SQL, and modern web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, AJAX)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Git, Jira, Confluence), Kubernetes, and build tools (Maven/Gradle)
• Solid understanding of architecture design, integration, and troubleshooting
• Very good English and German
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
