Ensure safe daily magazine operations and regulatory compliance. Manage ERP-based ticketing, inventory, and orders; maintain records for ATF and vendors; support audits; coordinate with operations and safety; promote team morale and perform other assigned duties.

Job Responsibilities:
- Performs all duties in a safe manner, being responsible for the safety of yourself and the employees around you.
- Complies with all MSHA, State, BATFE, and DOT regulations as well as any customer specific rules.
- Operates ERP System for ticket making, inventory, receiving etc.
- Responsible for daily inventories at HGM location.
- Places accessory orders through Orica and other companies.
- Orders other supplies and work equipment needed for Field Operations.
- Collects and keeps files of all records needed for ATF, Nelson Brothers/Orica etc.
- Works with Safety department and ATF during audits.
- Coordinates and communicates with Operations Supervisor any issues of the day that may have arisen in the field.
- Promotes good Company morale in interactions with employees.
- Performs other duties as deemed necessary by the Company. (As needed)
