Dans vos fonctions, vous serez appelé à :
● Assurer le bon fonctionnement des magasins y compris l'outillage;
● Assumer les fonctions d’expédition et réception de marchandise;
● Participer à la mise à disposition et au chargement des marchandises à expédier;
● Compléter les registres d’entrée et de sortie des marchandises (outils, matériaux)
en assurant l’enregistrement dans le système d’information (saisie, mise à jour et /
ou sauvegarde de données);
● Participer aux inventaires périodiques;
● Participer à l'emballage et déballage de la marchandise;
● Préparer la livraison de la marchandise à la ligne de production;
● Toutes autres tâches connexes.
En tant que candidat idéal, vous détenez :
● Un diplôme d’études secondaires (DES)
● 1 à 3 ans d’expérience en expédition/réception de marchandise
● Bonne connaissance de la suite MS OFFICE (Word, Excel)
● Carte de cariste, un atout
● Capacité à travailler en hauteur
● Bon esprit d’équipe et bonne communication
● Maîtrise de la langue française (oral et écrit)
● Bonne connaissance de la langue anglaise- un atout

In your duties, you will be called upon to:
● Ensure the proper functioning of stores including tools;
● Assume the functions of shipping and receiving of goods;
● Participate in the provision and loading of goods to be shipped;
● Complete the registers of entry and exit of goods (tools, materials) by ensuring registration
in the information system (entry, update and / or backup of data);
● Participate in periodic inventories;
● Participate in the packing and unpacking of merchandise;
● Prepare the delivery for the production line;
● All other related tasks.
As the ideal candidate:
●High school diploma (DES);
●1 to 3 years of experience in shipping/receiving of goods;
●Good knowledge of the MS OFFICE suite (Word, Excel);
●Forklift card, an asset;
● Ability to work at height;
● Good team spirit and good communication;
● Mastery of the French language (oral and written);
● Good knowledge of the English language - an asset.
