Core Tasks and Responsibilities
Develops and drives execution of the MadTech and Sprynt transformation roadmap, based on strategic priorities.
Leads cross-functional programs involving product, tech, marketing, legal, and commercial teams.
Coordinates external partners and orchestrates strategic collaboration and execution with internal teams.
Supports Spin-off operationalization, including org setup, execution cadence, and interlock with GCash.
Manages delivery momentum through decision forums, workstream reviews, and risk escalations.
Designs and launches strategic pilots to validate GTM, monetization models, or platform capabilities.

Partner workstreams (e.g., with delivery vendors, or business JV’s) with signed scopes, aligned timelines, and embedded ways of working.
Pilot programs proving out MadTech GTM motions, monetization levers, or customer solutions.
Program dashboards and reviews showing initiative progress, risks, and resolutions.
Executive-ready updates aligning GCash leadership and partners on transformation progress and needs.
