What You Can Expect

Goal of Section:

• Managing and configuring Jamf Pro: This involves setting up policies, managing device enrollment, and ensuring the smooth operation of macOS devices within the organization.
• Supporting macOS Devices: Providing technical support for macOS devices, including troubleshooting and testing both the operating system and applications.
• Collaborating with Teams: Working closely with product owners, end-users, and other stakeholders to gather product requirements and manage the entire solution planning cycle.
• Defining Success Metrics and SLAs: Establishing key performance indicators and service level agreements to measure success and identify areas for improvement. 
• Maintaining Endpoint Environment: This includes the installation, configuration, tuning, and maintenance of endpoint components.
• Maintaining Endpoint Patch Compliance: Ensure that macOS and application patch level SLAs are being met consistently.

• Candidate will work directly with the Endpoint Services (EPS) team. Direct collaboration with Service Desk teams is also required.
• Role is eligible for hybrid work.

What We're Looking For

Goal of Section:

• Experience with Jamf Pro: Managing configuration, policies, and enrollment for macOS devices. 
• MacOS Support: Supporting and managing macOS devices in general, including testing and troubleshooting macOS and applications.
• Experience with MDM: Managing configuration, policies, and enrollment for iOS devices. 
• Additionally, the engineer may need to work with Marvell's IT team to define the decommissioning process of endpoint tool components and build a new endpoint tool infrastructure, as well as enhance existing MDM/MAM policies.
• Understanding of PKI certificate deployment and management for macOS devices.
