Operate and set up bottling line machines to ensure compliant production of Grey Goose vodka. Perform format changes, feeding components, cleaning, inspection, maintenance, record keeping in EIT, quality checks, and liaise with quality and shift teams. Rattaché(e) au manager d’équipe, vous conduisez et réglez les machines de production sur nos 2 lignes de mise en bouteilles afin d’assurer la conformité de la production de Vodka Grey Goose, dans le respect des exigences de sécurité. Le poste est basé sur la commune de Gensac La Pallue (16).

Le machiniste régleur polyvalent H/F, assure la conduite d'un ou plusieurs équipements d'embouteillage, selon les instructions au poste.

À ce titre, il/elle est notamment chargé(e) de :

  • Assurer la conduite des machines dans le respect des consignes et des instructions au poste,
  • Alimenter les machines avec les composants de conditionnement,
  • Réaliser les changements de formats selon les procédures établies et renseigner les documents d’enregistrement,
  • Réaliser les Nettoyages, Inspection & Entretien des machines conformément aux procédures et renseigner les documents d'enregistrements,
  • Organiser et maintenir son poste de travail dans un état d’ordre et de propreté conforme aux exigences,
  • Renseigner et commenter les événements de production dans le logiciel de suivi de performance EIT
  • Arrêter sa machine et informer son manager d'équipe en cas de : production non conforme ou risque HACCP, situation dangereuse liée à l'utilisation de la machine, risque de détérioration de la machine,
  • Effectuer les opérations de contrôle et d'auto-contrôles définies,
  • Est en relation permanente avec les conducteurs de machine et contrôleuses qualité pour assurer les débuts/fin de lots, les changements de cuve et pour tout problème en cours de production.

Vous justifiez d'une première expérience de machiniste régleur au sein d'une mise en bouteille.

Vous maîtrisez les équipements d’embouteillage et les outils d’amélioration continue, et appréciez la résolution de problèmes.

À l’aise avec les outils bureautiques, vous êtes animé(e) par la performance et le travail collaboratif.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur et autonomie.

Poste soumis à la modulation horaire (30h, 32h, 35h, 38h, 40h) et horaires décalés (matin, après-midi, nuit)
