Position Summary: 

As our CNC Machinist, you will be a part of a growing, fun and diverse team specializing in manufacturing small parts for the connector industry.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of machining experience
  • Demonstrate good print reading skills and an understanding of GD&T
  • Ability to read and write basic G & M codes, tool offsets and work offsets, spindle speeds and feed rates
  • Must be able to use calipers and micrometers and other measuring equipment
  • Ability to produce parts in Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Titanium
  • Must be capable of lifting 50 pounds and standing during shift hours

  • Producing small machine parts using  machine controls to program, setup and operate cnc mills 
  • Maintaining high quality and safety standards, keeping records, maintaining equipment and needed supplies
  • Reduce cost and improve on time delivery for existing products and work with the quality department to support the Quality System
  • collaborate with your supervisor and other departments and co-workers
  • shorten cycle time or improve the process
  • Plan the work day by studying work orders, drawing specifications, machining parameters, interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances 
  • Adhering to procedures in accordance with the ISO and AS9100 Quality Systems
  • Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
  • Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturer’s instructions and troubleshooting malfunctions and reporting such
