Machinist - Level 4

• Performing set-ups and operating CNC and Manual machines according to specifications and production requirements 
• Assign work to team as needed to ensure all jobs have adequate coverage and work schedules are met 
• Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards – Drive departmental KPIs and communicate to team 
• Work with engineering to resolve problems to related parts, supplies, equipment, or processes 
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and implement best practices.

• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed 
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet standards 
• Assist with troubleshooting machine issues and performing routine maintenance tasks 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement

YOU MUST HAVE

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Completed formal training (Apprenticeship program) or 6yrs of CNC Machine Set-up
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adherence to safety protocols
• Expertise in interpreting intricate technical drawings and specifications to produce parts with tight tolerances

• In-depth knowledge of CNC machine setup, operation, and programming including lathes, mills, and grinders

The salary range for this position is (Low: $67,200.00, Mid: $82,100.00, $96,800.00). Please note that this information serves as a general guideline.
