The annual base salary range for this position is <$64,000 - $80,000>. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. In this role, you will impact the manufacturing process by delivering precision-machined parts that meet strict specifications, contributing to the overall quality and reliability of Honeywell’s products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up and operate CNC and manual machine tools to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to verify dimensional accuracy and quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve machining issues and implement process improvements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of machining operations and adhere to safety protocols.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Proven experience in operating and programming CNC and manual machine tools in a manufacturing environment with a focus on precision machining.
- Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and materials to produce parts that meet tight tolerances.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Experience using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges to verify part dimensions.
- Familiarity with machine maintenance procedures and troubleshooting techniques to ensure continuous operation.
