- Actively support APM Terminals’ Asset Management Transformation by driving lubrication and oil analysis excellence across Terminals.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for oil analysis and lubrication-related matters, providing expertise in lubricant selection, compatibility, and performance.
- Extract, analyse, and integrate oil analysis data into the centralized monitoring platform, supporting continuous tracking, alerting, and dashboard improvements for critical assets.
- Interpret oil reports to identify failure modes and provide technical recommendations to address wear, contamination, and lubricant degradation, ensuring effective implementation at site level.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA), Equipment Failure Analysis (EFA), and FMECA to investigate lubrication-related equipment failures and define corrective/preventive actions.
- Deliver tailored training on lubrication best practices, sampling, and improvement solutions including filtration, flushing, storage, handling, and contamination control.
- Collaborate closely with CBM/PdM, RAM, Planning Engineers within the Centre of Excellence to align oil analysis insights with broader reliability strategies.
- Contribute to the design, testing, and improvement of the centralized digital oil monitoring platform in coordination with the global technology team for oil digitalization initiatives.
