Essential Responsibilities:
1.    Operates at least one major piece of equipment on any of the packaging lines.
2.    Conducts minor Preventive Maintenance’s (lubrication, cleaning, inspections, and adjustments).
3.    Assist Mechanics/Line Technicians with preforming Plan Maintenance.
4.    Perform all the daily basic safety checks and observations, quality checks, checklists, and housekeeping.
5.    Clear equipment jams.
6.    Ensure compliance to the recycling process of empty component boxes.
7.    Utilizes computer interface panels to operate the equipment.
8.    Maintain equipment and perform full change overs, washouts, and sanitizations.
9.    Adheres to the requirements of the SOP’s and GMP’s.
10.    Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment and adheres to all safety procedures as documented in the Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
11.    Report safety hazards, quality, and production issues to supervision immediately.
12.    Participates in all job-related safety, quality, and equipment training.
13.    Complies with all Church & Dwight Co. Inc. policies and procedures and NJ laws.

14.    Perform other duties as assigned 
15.    Train other operators as may be required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
1.    Able to communicate, write and read English 
2.    Teamwork -Ability to interact with employees at all levels 
3.    Ability to take and follow directions
4.    Basic math skills
5.    Attention to details
6.    Basic computer skills 
7.    Maintain good safety record

Education and Experience:
1.    High School Diploma or equivalent GED required.
2.    Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required.  

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $22.28-$24.03 per hour. This position is also eligible for a bonus.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
