Location: Urbana, OH

Primary Activities/Duties:
- Set-up, operate and maintain machinery to produce parts in an efficient and productive manner.
- Produce sheet metal products as scheduled by Production Control and Supervisor.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working order with the support of the Maintenance Department.
- Assure quality of products by following current ISO procedures and engineering tolerances as determined by Rittal.
- All other duties assigned.
Knowledge & Experience:
- HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
- Ability to use tools of measurement and have basic math skills required.
- Previous brake press operation or CNC is required.
- Prior machine operating experience is required.
Physical, Mental, & Safety Requirements:

Stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach frequently throughout the work shift.

Occasionally lift up to 40 pounds to waist level; frequently lift 25–50 pounds to waist level and up to 25 pounds above the shoulders.

Work in a fast-paced environment, be able to adapt to assignment changes easily and have the ability to multitask.

Must possess the ability to communicate with team members, supervisors, and managers.

Must also demonstrate an ability to learn and try new ideas.

Wear safety-toed footwear, safety glasses with side shields, hearing protection, and additional personal protective equipment (PPE) where required.

Follow all other safety rules and know emergency protocols.
