Production Associates are responsible for leading safety, quality, 5S, continuous improvement, and embedding production best practices in their daily work to delight our current customers and win increasing levels of new business into the future.
Compliance
• Demonstrates all Creation values (Entrepreneurship, Boldness, Preparedness, Integrity, Openness, and Respect).
• Acquires job skills necessary to safely perform high quality standard daily work.
• Learns company policies and procedures prior to conducting work.
• Work is routine, with sound communication, escalation decision making, and judgement skills required.
• Operates within established polices, practices, and procedures, and seeks approval for deviations.
• Stays current on production goals and work standards.
Non-Conformance handling
The Production Associate will stop the line, report variances to Production Specialist, Quality Inspector team members and supervisors as needed. Wait until a resolution is identified and communicated prior to passing work forward.

• Competent in required safety practices, job knowledge, skills, and quality workmanship instructions prior to working on live product.
• Is up to date on all training and certifications needed to perform work.
• Consistently assembles products or working on components following specifications, conducting visual inspection, and seeks input on poor safety or quality concerns
• Consistently performs work timely using defined tools and work instructions, without compromising quality or safety standards.
• Keep high quality workmanship moving through the manufacturing process
• Perform product assembly as required by the organization
• Adapts to changes in work, work plans, priorities, as set forth by site management
• Participates in 5S and continuous improvement initiatives
• Able to work cooperatively; contributing to a unified healthy work team, and with cross functional teams as needed.
• Addresses challenges in a mutually respectful, levelheaded, and humble manner.
• Shows open-mindedness for learning new skills and ways of working.
• Shares knowledge, experience, and improvement ideas with co-workers as appropriate.
• Addresses problems and problem-solving only with people who have a need to know or who can help solve the problem. 
• Looks for ways to improve quality, improve work processes, and eliminate D.O.W.N.T.I.M.E. waste.
• Willing to help in other areas and keep management informed of lack of work as needed.
