Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

Week 1: Saturday & Sunday (6:00am-6:00pm) Thursday & Friday (6:00am-6:00pm)
Week 2: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday (6:00am-6:00pm)

  • May set up machining machines and make adjustments, and perform maintenance on machines.
  • May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.
  • Provide immediately response on equipment issues and provide basic troubleshooting of manufacturing systems.
  • Demonstrate proactive approach to daily manufacturing issues, with the ability to respond in a positive manner to pressures caused by equipment breakdown, PM’s, Cal’s, and other equipment related situations where manufacturing priorities has to be managed effectively to meet objectives.
  • Set up, configure and operate sophisticated manufacturing equipment from a powered off condition to production use mode, including appropriate change-over/s.
  • Support to perform and document preventive maintenance and equipment interventions to automated manufacturing equipment as required.
  • Able to perform FW transactions that are not in scope for operators, including but not limited to repositions, reworks, FW equipment configurations among others.
  • Performs other related duties as required

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Requires minimum of 4 years of experience

Nice to Have

  • Associate Degree- Electronics, Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology or related field
  • High School diploma or equivalent, vocational or technical education or certification
  • Basic Mechanical knowledge
  • Knowledge of electricity or electronic
  • Basic knowledge of Automation components (ex. Sensors, Transducers, pneumatic valve & Controls)
  • Equipment experience on motors, servos, drivers, and conveyors.
  • Experienced working in the automated environment.
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English)
