Job Details:
This position is responsible for operating machinery to ensure the continuous flow of product through the production process and ensuring proper ingredients/supplies are being used on the line. Responsible for monitoring and adjusting machine settings as needed and notifying supervisor if machines should require maintenance while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

The pay for this position starts at $17.00/hr.
Hours:
1st Shift- 7:00am-3:00pm
2nd Shift- 3:00pm-11:00pm
3rd Shift- 11:00pm-7:00am
Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of this position is to operate the machines in the Corn / Flour department. This involves closely monitoring, making necessary adjustments, and promptly reporting any issues to the supervisor or lead. Additionally, this role requires maintaining various log sheets.
- All team members are responsible for safety.
- Documenting and calculating results accurately.
- Taking corrective action when necessary (alert appropriate personnel to adjust process; identify, segregate, & isolate non-conforming product).
- Reporting results to management.
- Any additional assignments requested.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Team Member must be willing and able to perform physical and visual inspections of product and plant systems.
- Team Member will be exposed to warm temperatures ranging from 65-90 degrees, wet and humid conditions, slippery floors in certain areas, and concrete floors.
- Team Member will be exposed to airborne particles and noise levels that require hearing protection.
