Job Description

Shifts- Days/Lates 06:30-14:30/14:30-22:30

There are plenty of exciting progression routes for this role.. Our machine operators once successfully trained, move to grade 2 (normally at around 6 months) where your salary would increase. From here you can progress to grade 3 and Team Leader roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures)
  • Producing the required product to our high standards
  • Attention to detail when data inputting
  • Maintaining a clean production environment
  • To ensure that the production lines operate efficiently
  • Comply with food safety standards, quality, and legality always.

Qualifications

    What we are looking for:

    • Good literacy, numeracy skills
    • A reliable, enthusiastic team player.
    • Good communication skills and an open, honest approach.
    • Ability to work as part of a team and manage individual workload.
    • Experience of working with machinery in manufacturing/on production lines 
    • Display a positive work ethic and ‘can do’ attitude.
    • Attention to detail, and flexible in duties.
    • A proven attendance and timekeeping record.
    • Desirable previous experience gained in a factory environment. However, further training will be provided
