This role is on-site with our engineering team in the Czech Republic.
Lead the RAI policy stack: turn human-demonstration data into robot behaviour.
Responsibilities
Own the force-expert and VLA training direction
Lead a small, senior ML team
Take models from research to running on the robot
Requirements
Senior ML leadership in robotics or a related field
Strong PyTorch and deep-learning fundamentals
Track record shipping models to production
