What You Will Do
- Design, build, and release AI products/features that solve real user problems
- Design and implement streaming/batch data pipelines to support training and inference
- Write production-ready code and move it to production with the help of cloud services and CI/CD techniques
- Continuously monitor and improve the quality and performance of the systems
- Learn by doing—while owning real problems and demonstrating end-to-end ownership through the whole system
What You Will Need
- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability combined with a growth mindset
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming
- Experience with data analysis and management
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts: supervised learning, NLP, embeddings, transformers, computer vision, information retrieval, LLMs, RAG, agents, etc.
- Interest in building end-to-end products; not just models or a piece of code in a huge system
- and it would be a strong plus if you have any of the below:
- Involvement in academic projects leveraging AI/ML concepts
- Familiarity with backend/API development or cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- A story to tell about real-world problem-solving or a business-related achievement
