PlayStation NetworkのMachine Learning Engineerとして、月間アクティブユーザーが1億人を超えるグローバルなゲームプラットフォーム上で蓄積される膨大なデータを活用し、AI・機械学習技術によって新しいユーザー体験を生み出す重要な役割を担います。

本ポジションでは、応募者の関心やスキルに応じて、以下のいずれかのTrackに関連する業務に従事していただきます。

■ Machine Learning Track

ユーザーの行動ログ、ゲームプレイデータ、ソーシャルアクティビティなどを活用し、行動予測、コンテンツ推薦、プレイヤーセグメンテーション、マッチメイキング最適化などの課題に対して、機械学習手法や統計モデリングを用いたモデルの設計・実装・評価を行います。また、ABテストやデータパイプライン構築、MLOps環境への統合など、実サービスへの適用まで一貫して関わっていただきます。

■ Multimodal AI Track

画像・映像・テキスト・音声など、複数のモダリティを統合的に扱うAI技術を活用し、ゲームプレイ映像の理解、画像とテキストのクロスモーダル検索、ユーザーの行動や好みに応じたコンテンツ推薦など、次世代のゲーム体験を支える開発に取り組みます。また、最新のTransformer技術の活用・検証や、モデル軽量化・最適化に携わる機会もあります。

技術分野の選定は、応募者の興味やスキルセット、キャリア志向に応じて柔軟に調整されます。

応募資格

■ Machine Learning Track

・3+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying machine learning, deep learning, or statistical models in production environments.

・Strong proficiency in Python and practical experience across the full ML lifecycle - data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment.

・Proven ability to optimize model serving performance - improving latency, throughput, and memory footprint for large-scale real-time applications.

・Experience building and maintaining ML pipelines and MLOps systems (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow, Vertex AI, Airflow, SageMaker).

・Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP for scalable experimentation and deployment.

■ Multimodal AI Track

・Expertise in at least one core AI area: Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, or Speech/Audio Understanding.

・Hands-on experience with LLMs, Vision-Language Models, or Multimodal Foundation Models (e.g., BLIP-2, CLIP).

・Knowledge of neural network optimization techniques such as quantization, graph optimization, pruning, or QAT for efficient deployment.

・Experience in C++ inference optimization using frameworks such as ONNX Runtime, TensorRT, OpenVINO, or custom runtime kernels.

・Proven research or publication record (conference papers, workshops, technical reports) is highly valued.

■ Preferred Skills

・Experience with model evaluation frameworks, benchmark design, or downstream task adaptation.

・Deep understanding of distillation and model adaptation for real-time or edge environments.

・Participation and high-ranking performance in data science competitions (e.g., Kaggle, SIGNATE) is a strong plus.
