Job Description
We’re looking for a visionary UX Architect to lead the design and integration of user-facing AI experiences across our platform. In this role, you’ll define the AI interaction strategy and ensure seamless integration of Generative AI, AI Agents, and intelligent workflows into our products. Your work will transform how mental health care providers interact with technology—creating intuitive, ethical, and impactful AI-driven experiences that make a real difference.- Shape AI UX Strategy: Define the vision for AI-powered features, including conversational interfaces, agentic workflows, and multimodal interactions.
- Integrate Design Systems: Develop and maintain design standards for AI components within our platform’s UX framework.
- Lead Research & Testing: Conduct usability studies and gather feedback to optimize AI-driven interactions for clarity, trust, and accessibility.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to align AI capabilities with user needs and business goals.
- Champion Ethical AI: Ensure transparency, explainability, and compliance in all AI-driven user experiences.
- Prototype & Validate: Create interactive prototypes for AI features and validate them through iterative testing.
- Drive Consistency: Ensure AI integration is consistent across multiple products and touchpoints.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), UX Design, or related field.
- Experience: 6+ years in UX design, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML-driven product experiences.
- AI UX Expertise: Familiarity with designing for LLM-based interfaces, chatbots, and agentic systems.
- Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools; experience with prototyping tools for conversational UX.
- Research Skills: Strong background in user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.
- Collaboration: Ability to work closely with technical teams and translate complex AI concepts into intuitive user experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare UX or regulated industries.
- Knowledge of AI ethics, responsible design principles, and accessibility standards.
- Familiarity with voice interfaces, multimodal UX, and adaptive UI patterns.
- Contributions to UX communities or AI design research.
