Job Summary:
This role involves working as an Architect/L4 SME, providing end-to-end Mac support, and driving client satisfaction through successful project execution. Key responsibilities include documentation, infrastructure assessment, and creating service solution architectures based on modern Enterprise Mobility Management solutions. The candidate must have extensive experience with MacOS, JAMF, and scripting languages, along with strong knowledge of Intune integration and various network and security technologies.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Work as Architect/L4 SME with one of our critical clients.
- Provide end to end Mac support
- Involve in documentation and assessment of infra
- Drive the account to success and client satisfaction
Technical Requirements:
Exposure to JAMF/ certification - 370, 300, bash scripting, python, Intune
- Must have strong Mac, Apple & JAMF technical architecture experience, providing customer service focused MacOS & JAMF solution design.
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in Jamf Pro on-premise and cloud.
- Hands on experience on Jamf connect and Jamf Protect.
- 10+ years of experience managing Mac operating systems.
- Good hold on scripting like, shell/Bash, python, etc
- Designing a system and produce HLD, LLD, tech note.
- Need to be commercially aware as hosting and licensing costs can influence the solution!
- Good experience on Intune integration.
- Expert understanding about other integrations like, PKI, ADCS, ABM, Azure, JIM, Identity solution, Network infra, SMTP, Security applications, Distribution points, IM, Directory services, etc
- Proven experience in designing enrollment flow, Zero touch enrollment, different tools for enrollment.
- Ability to design the MacOS upgrade flow, patching, etc.
- Experience in Application management, deployment, patch management, automation, vulnerability assessment, etc.
- Experience in peripheral management through Jamf, like printers, etc.
- Expertise in log pulling and analyses, managing the extension attributes, etc.
- The successful applicant will be a Mac OS & JAMF Subject Matter Expert Architect
- Starting from validating and/or gathering requirements (due diligence) from the business stakeholders
- Build and implementation.
- Service handover to operations team. Involve in creation of SOP and KB articles.
- Creating service solution architecture and service design based on modern Enterprise Mobility Management solutions (Air Watch/Workspace One, Microsoft Intune, JAMF Pro)
- Responsible to build & implement the solution within the designed architecture.
- Excellent knowledge in mobility infrastructure concepts and hands on experience in end-to-end design and deployment of enterprise mobility management solutions (MDM, MAM, MCM, BYOD, mobile security) like AirWatch/Workspace One, Intune, JAMF Pro etc. and have good understanding of mobile OSs like Apple iOS, Android, Blackberry etc. as well as Windows.
- Translate business requirements into architectural framework and design.
- Translate business requirements into architecture roadmap to support mobility vision for line of business.
- Capability to read and write technical documentation.
- Good interpersonal skills and customer handling skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server is a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SCCM product is a plus.
