What this job involves:

As a Moves Coordinator, you will provide MAC (Move, Add, Change) project assistance, including box moves, delivery of moving supplies, furniture installation and reconfiguration as well as troubleshooting and repair of furniture. You will be responsible for the execution of all tasks to support a MAC request, working with the Occupancy Planning team, MAC Lead, internal move team (IT, FM) and move vendors to ensure proper execution of MAC requests. This role requires furniture installation skills, the ability to operate, drive, and inspect a 20ft box truck, and wall mounting capabilities while executing moves and furniture requests using client's MAC tools and systems and following up with all post-move issues to ensure completion and closure of MAC requests.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Provide MAC project assistance including box moves, delivery of moving supplies, furniture installation and reconfiguration
  • Execute troubleshooting and repair of furniture as needed
  • Operate, drive, and inspect 20ft box truck for project deliveries and moves
  • Perform furniture installation using own tools and wall mounting skills
  • Work with Occupancy Planning team, MAC Lead, internal move team (IT, FM) and move vendors to ensure proper execution
  • Execute moves and furniture requests using client's MAC tools and systems
  • Contact and coordinate work orders with requestors, business units, and stakeholders
  • Follow up with all post-move issues to ensure completion and closure of MAC requests
  • Provide physical support for moving activities including lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50lbs repeatedly

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Five (5) years experience in related skills applicable to project/move management and furniture installation skills
  • Valid driver's license with ability to operate, drive, and inspect 20ft box truck
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull 50lbs repeatedly
  • Working knowledge of most common hand tools
  • Furniture installation skills and wall mounting capabilities
  • Ability to provide own tools for furniture installation work
  • Strong coordination and communication skills for working with multiple stakeholders
  • Physical capability to perform manual labor and moving activities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with MAC (Move, Add, Change) processes and systems
  • Knowledge of office furniture systems and configurations
  • Experience with furniture troubleshooting and repair
  • Understanding of workplace services and facilities management
  • Experience working in corporate environments
  • Knowledge of safety protocols for furniture installation and moving activities

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.


Expected compensation for this position:


66,400.00 – 83,000.00 USD per year

Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
