For our office in Madrid, we are looking to hire a Contracts Manager who will provide contract negotiation and administration to achieve delivery of contractual obligations agreed to the standards.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• Support contract management for the EU and European customers executing projects outside the EU
• Draft, evaluate, negotiate, and execute a variety of contracts including but not limited to commercial supply agreements, Amendment and Deeds of Novation
• Ensure adherence to contract policies, processes, and guidelines necessary to maintain secure contract documentation in the contract database
• Develop the ability to learn Nextracker’s commercial risk profile, understand how to adapt content to mitigate risks, and help develop strategies to minimize potential risks to the business
• Manage the contract lifecycle process, prepare all required documentation, coordinate business and legal approval, and obtain appropriate signatures. Assist with the continual improvement in the speed, quality, and simplicity of contract formation and management processes, without compromising compliance
• Coordinate with clients regarding industry standards
• Coordinate with the procurement and legal teams
• Review, negotiate, draft, and amend contract terms, conditions and pricing, and ensure they are accurately executed and satisfied, referring to MD and GC for approval
• Support Project Managers with any contractual issues
• Report the status of current contract processes to management
• Resolve any existing contract conflicts
• Serve as a liaison between internal and external parties during contract development and negotiation stages.

• Proficiency in MS office products
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with technical writing
• Attention to detail
• Self-motivated.
