Job Description

Microsoft 365 is central to our clients’ office administration, and its effective use is crucial for driving digital transformation and enhancing cloud strategy, digital workplaces, and IT infrastructure management. Your expertise will ensure that M365 solutions meet high standards and integrate seamlessly with client operations. Your deep knowledge of compliance and governance policies will guide your work in managing cloud services, ensuring data security, and optimizing collaboration tools. When clients encounter issues with M365, they will rely on your skills to troubleshoot problems and provide user support, maintaining a smooth and efficient M365 environment. 

Consultants are the ultimate collaborators, integrating the diverse needs of clients into customized solutions that drive digital transformation and foster positive business outcomes. Your role demands excellent communication skills to effectively consult with clients and address their challenges with minimal complexity. Staying informed about industry trends and committed to continuous learning will be crucial as you incorporate the latest developments into your work. As a Technical Consultant, you’ll make it happen by designing, implementing, and supporting scalable environments, streamlining deployment processes and reducing manual interventions. 

Qualifications

You’ll have knowledge and experience of the following: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant equivalent 
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience 
  • Microsoft365 and Office365 Identity Management, configuration of security and policies hold few secrets for you 
  • Configuration and management of an Office365 tenant 
  • Aat least one of these: 
    • Configuration and management of devices via Intune and/or Airwatch 
    • Intelligent communication: Skype For Business and MS Teams; voice and data networking: LAN/WAN/WLAN; and protocols: PSTN, Wireless, IP and SIP 
    • Configuration of Microsoft Exchange, migration to Exchange Online and hybrid architecture 
  • Notions of user adoption and change management are a plus 
  • Fluent in English and Dutch/French
