MetLife is looking for an Exchange Engineer/ Microsoft 365 Administrator in Raleigh, NC. Our technology group manages multiple Messaging Environments globally with roughly 100k mailboxes across multiple domains. We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team to assist with M365 Copilot deployments and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Exchange Engineer will support Office365, on-prem, multi-site, multi-domain messaging server environments.
- Day to day management of M365 Copilot technologies (Exchange, Office 365 (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, Whiteboard, etc.)
- Provide 3rd level support as it relates to M365 Copilot
- Tracking and evaluating new Copilot capabilities
- Identify and streamline existing processes
- Monitor and respond to issues or service requests reported in Service Desk and creating and resolving problem tickets for chronic service issues
- Working with engagement resource on communicating new capabilities
- Managing copilot distribution lists
- PowerBi, Power App Automate skills
- Support software deployments with SCC
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
Required:
- Operational Support and systems engineering of Exchange and Microsoft 365 in a large enterprise infrastructure (+20,000 users).
- Experience with Office 365
- Proven functional experience to resolve break/fix scenarios, engaging broader teams as necessary as well as partners
- Documentation of Exchange/M365 configuration, change and incident management
- SCCM software distribution
Preferred:
- M365 Copilot
- M icrosoft Office 365
- Three to five (3-5) years of Office 365 work experience
- 2+ years of experience with scripting with Powershell, VB, .net or scripting for Identity Management/Directory Sync
