CIMMYT is seeking a dynamic, with attention to the details, leader, and service-oriented professional for the position of Housing Manager, to be part of the Business Services Department.  


The position will be based at CIMMYT headquarters in Texcoco, State of Mexico, near Mexico City.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of Food & Beverage, Hotel, and Housing Managers.
  • Conduct market research and customer surveys to tailor services.
  • Design and execute promotional campaigns for hospitality services.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards.
  • Develop and enforce SOPs for safety and hygiene.
  • Organize training sessions on safety protocols.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective business planning and marketing.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure financial targets are met
  • Develop policies and procedures for efficient operations.
  • Resolve complex issues and handle escalations.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and promote staff development.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7+ years of experience in n hospitality management, with 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in managing financial operations across multiple business lines.
  • Advance English (C1), Spanish native.
  • IT Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP (Dynamics AX preferred)

Skills Required
