The  M&A Strategy & Value Creation team is where the vision becomes reality. We ensure that every acquisition is not just a transaction, but a success story, integrating new teams and business models into our global ecosystem.

The Role

We are looking for a M&A Strategy & Value Creation Associate who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology. Your mission is to turn bold M&A visions into seamless, high-impact integrations.In this role, you will own the post-acquisition lifecycle. You won't just analyze business plans; you will drive them, ensuring acquired entities align with Fever’s strategic priorities and reach their full growth potential. Acting as the bridge between new teams and our internal departments, you will lead cross-functional roadmaps—across product, marketing, and operations—to harmonize ways of working and unlock synergies that power our international expansion.

What You’ll Do

Business Understanding and Strategic Analysis

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of acquired companies to understand their business models, commercial performance, and growth drivers
  • Define and monitor business plans for acquired entities, ensuring alignment with Fever’s strategic priorities
  • Track post-acquisition performance, identifying opportunities for synergies, scalability, and innovation
  • Support the definition and execution of expansion and growth plans across markets and business lines

Lead Integration Planning and Execution

  • Develop and execute comprehensive integration roadmaps across product, operations, commercial, marketing, and corporate functions
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions, process alignment, and cultural integration
  • Identify key risks and dependencies, proactively solving challenges to maintain business continuity
  • Continuously improve integration playbooks and processes, capturing best practices for future transactions

Foster Stakeholder Alignment and Communication

  • Serve as the bridge between acquired teams and internal departments, ensuring clear alignment on goals, timelines, and priorities
  • Collaborate across internal teams within Fever to harmonize ways of working, systems, and processes
  • Communicate progress, insights, and recommendations effectively to executive leadership and key stakeholders

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is required (MBA or consulting experience a plus)
  • 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, operations, or M&A integration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and data-driven approach
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across technical and non-technical teams
  • Proficient in English; French is a plus.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable — thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Passionate about driving real impact through collaboration, execution, and innovation
