Job Description:
Required working hours for this role are 10:30pm - 6:30am. You will be expected to work 5 days per week, with the potential for overtime.This position pays $20.20 per hour plus a $1.50/hr shift differential.
Job Overview:
Our Overnight Operations Associates ensures both front of house and back of house areas are well prepared and stocked (neat clean, organized, operational and safe), allowing guests to shop with ease.
This role is responsible for executing the established policies and procedures relating to inventory, replenishment, quality, and all food safety requirements. Associates will be cross-trained in back-of-house and candy operations work centers.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
Must be 18 years old to apply
Must have at least 6 months of previous merchandising or stocking experience.
Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers
Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety, food handling, Quality, Loss Prevention and Emergency procedures
Ability to comply with GPP Standards
Previous Food Handling Experience Preferred
Ability to work a flexible schedule with overnight hours, including weekends and holidays.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Eligibility for these additional elements depend on the position offered and the employee’s work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule, store associate).
