Job Description:
M&M’S Mall of America is currently seeking Seasonal Part Time Associates for the 2025 Winter Season! This position will be from September 2025 to early January 2026.
This position pays $17.00 per hour.
Candidates must be available to work a minimum of 18 hours per week from mid-September through early January, including weekends and holidays. For those interested, there is the potential for this to become a permanent employment opportunity dependent on business needs and Associate performance.
Job Overview:
Operations Associates primary focus is to process shipments, prepare and setup chocolate room, complete cycle counts, and merchandise items for the sales floor, while ensuring our guests have a memorable experience. Back Stage Associates are also required to provide exceptional guest service while filling in for Guest Experience Associates on the retail floor they will be required to provide exceptional guest service
Job Requirements and Qualifications
- Must be excited to SMILE and work in a fun, fast-paced environment to make every interaction a positively unforgettable experience for our guests while driving daily sales and metrics.
- Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
- Must be 16 years old to apply
- No Education or previous retail experience required
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers
- Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Foster Inclusivity and Effective Collaboration with a diverse team
- Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety, food handling, Quality, Loss Prevention and Emergency procedures
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays

M&M’S® Mall of America® is located on Level 1, East near the Rotunda of Mall of America, the largest shopping and entertainment complex in North America. The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Eligibility for these additional elements depend on the position offered and the employee’s work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule, store associate).
