Your ResponsibilitiesAs an M&A Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience across the entire acquisition lifecycle, with key responsibilities including:
Pipeline Management: Manage, maintain and update the deal pipeline and tracking systems.
Financial Analysis: Prepare comprehensive company valuations to support deal assessments.
Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative support to the M&A team.
Due Diligence Support: Assist with all aspects of due diligence, including commercial, financial, tax, legal and technology reviews.
Investor Relations: Contribute to the preparation of internal investor documentation.
Sourcing and Outreach: Independently identify, qualify, and approach potential acquisition targets.
Deal Opportunity Review: Review and assess new deal opportunities.
Successful completion or ongoing Bachelor’s / Masters degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
A bonus if you have already had some exposure to M&A transactions (through previous internships, for example)
