Expect broad exposure to senior management, M&A execution, and finance transformation projects - a role designed for those seeking growth, learning, and career development in a dynamic environment.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Commercial, Operations, and Integration teams to challenge assumptions, identify risks, and drive corrective actions.
  • Support strategic initiatives and M&A activities by providing financial analysis, modeling, and business case validation across key value creation levers (e.g. revenue growth, cost efficiency, working capital).
  • Assist in post-acquisition integration, aligning performance to the investment case and embedding KPIs into reporting processes.
  • Prepare insights and presentations for senior management and investors, highlighting progress, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute to finance transformation by supporting key projects such as implementing new consolidation and reporting tools.
  • Deliver ad-hoc, high-impact analyses that influence key business decisions.

Requirements
  • Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, M&A, consulting, or FP&A, ideally in FMCG, healthcare, or other fast-moving industries.

  • Apart from a competitive salary pack, there are lots of growth opportunities to meet your personal ambitions
  • Flexible schedule, hybrid model with the primary work place in the office, and life-work balance
  • Responsibility for exciting and challenging projects that have a direct, visible impact on our customers and the industry
  • Very positive work environment in a dynamic, international, and motivated team
  • Start-up spirit while being a part of the large international organization with strong values
