About the Role:

• Provide engineering support for ACMV preventive maintenance and repair/replacement works.

• Supervise site works and coordinate with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to contract specifications and schedules.

• Prepare reports, T&C records, as-built drawings, OMM, quotations, and purchase orders.

• Ensure safety compliance (RA, PTW), inspect workmanship, and promptly troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

About You:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/HVAC or related field, with at least 10 years of experience in ACMV installation or projects.

• Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems (split, ducted, central), able to read/draft drawings and prepare O&M and T&C reports, with good problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in MS Office/project tools, good communication skills, able to work independently or in a team, and committed to safety and quality standards.
