Job Description

Inspecter, entretenir et réparer les systèmes mécaniques du bâtiment (chauffage, ventilation, climatisation, plomberie).
Diagnostiquer les défaillances mécaniques et effectuer les réparations nécessaires.
Lire, interpréter et ajuster des plans et schémas techniques (y compris avec AutoCAD).
Réaliser des inspections préventives afin d’assurer sécurité et conformité.
Collaborer avec d’autres corps de métier pour les projets de maintenance ou de rénovation.
Documenter les interventions, réparations et pièces utilisées.
Participer à l’optimisation énergétique des installations.
Respecter les protocoles de sécurité et utiliser les EPI requis.
Excellentes habiletés de diagnostic mécanique — requis.
Capacité à lire et interpréter des plans techniques — requis.
Expérience avec les systèmes CVC/plomberie/mécaniques — requis.
Autonomie et bonne gestion des priorités — requis.
Maîtrise d’AutoCAD — atout.
Connaissance des normes de sécurité et des codes du bâtiment — atout.
DEC en mécanique du bâtiment, électromécanique ou domaine connexe — requis.
Expérience en milieu industriel ou manufacturier — atout.
