Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the overall Bank Note Processing System (BPS/M-5) its functions, modules and components
- Understand how to prep currency for the BPS/M-5 and header card use
- Load and change the BPS/M-5 consumables and strapping material
- Respond to error messages and faults, and resolve them
- Reposition belts, guides and adjust the banknote feeder for best performance
- Identify simple faults, complete troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Resolve bank note jam recoveries while processing
- Complete daily cleaning of the transport and NotaTracc
- Complete daily preventative maintenance procedures
- Use high speed BPS/M-5 to achieve daily production goals
- Follow any direction provided by supervisor and/or manager
- Other duties as assigned
- Guard liability and assets
