Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Skilled Nursing
- Schedule: PRN | Shifts: (10PM-6AM) (6AM-2PM) (2PM-10PM) | Full-time Shifts: (2PM-10PM)
- Rotation: Every Other Weekend
- Starting Pay: From $27-$30/hour (based on experience and certifications)
What You’ll Do:
- Provide compassionate care and assist residents with daily living activities.
- Monitor and respond to changes in residents’ health and behavior.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and update personalized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with families and leadership to ensure top-tier care.
- Uphold the highest standards of nursing practice and professionalism.
What You’ll Need:
- A current LVN license valid in the state of Texas.
- A heart for service and a readiness to respond to community needs and emergencies.
