This role is designed for a motivated LVN with strong clinical oversight skills and a proven track record in a skilled nursing environment. Position Summary

The LVN Supervisor oversees nursing operations on assigned shifts, ensuring seamless resident care and strict regulatory compliance. You will play a pivotal role in the interdisciplinary team, managing admissions, conducting clinical audits, and providing mentorship to frontline staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership: Supervise and support nursing staff (LVNs and CNAs), providing guidance and performance feedback.

  • Clinical Oversight: Coordinate and complete resident admissions and all associated clinical documentation.

  • Quality Assurance: Conduct and oversee PCC (PointClickCare) audits to ensure accuracy, clinical integrity, and compliance.

  • Compliance: Ensure shift-wide adherence to state, federal, and facility regulations.

  • Collaboration: Monitor resident conditions and work closely with the interdisciplinary team to update care plans.

  • Operations: Assist with staffing, scheduling, and maintaining a safe, efficient, and compassionate environment.

Qualifications

  • Licensure: Current and active California LVN license in good standing.

  • Experience: Direct SNF experience is required. * Leadership: 1–2 years of supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with PCC (PointClickCare), specifically in performing audits.

  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of Title 22 and long-term care regulations.

  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities in a fast-paced setting.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay Rate: $45.00-50.00 per hour (Based on Experience).
