If you're passionate about providing exceptional care, leading by example, and creating a safe, comfortable environment for residents overnight, we'd love to meet you.
As an LVN, you'll play a vital role in delivering quality nursing care, supervising CNAs, administering medications and treatments, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring our residents receive the highest level of compassionate care.

- Provide direct nursing care to skilled nursing residents.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
- Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to physicians and families.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as needed.
- Ensure individualized care plans are followed and updated.
- Participate in quality assurance and infection prevention initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with all nursing policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a warm, respectful, and resident-centered environment.
- Current, active, and unencumbered California LVN license
- Graduate of an accredited LVN/LPN program
- Current CPR certification
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team
