Direct care staff, assisting residents with ADLs, supervision and provision of resident activities of daily living, supervision and provision of resident/staff/facility safety and procedure/protocol; resident care coordination and medical condition monitoring; medication management; staff supervisory duties.

Skills Required
- Current LVN or LPN license or certification
- Experience with medication management
- Ability to assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and monitor medical conditions
- Ability to supervise staff and enforce facility protocols and safety procedures
