THE JOB:
As the Lux Lounge Manager, you will oversee the daily operations to ensure seamless service and unforgettable guest experiences. With a focus on efficiency, team leadership, and guest satisfaction, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the department while upholding our company’s standards and vision.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Direct smooth and cost-effective operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and labor management
- Monitor and manage fiscal budgets and implement marketing strategies for short- and long-term profitability
- Supervise staff during assigned shifts to ensure top-tier guest service and resolve any complaints promptly
- Provide input on innovative products, services, and processes to maintain a competitive edge in the industry
- Foster a team-focused work environment by overseeing hiring, training, and succession planning while adhering to diversity and compliance standards
- Manage the stocking and requisition process for Lux, ensuring maximum revenue potential
- Act as a resource for staff, providing feedback, support, and recommendations for improving operations
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Brings a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Excels in team leadership, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Possesses strong organizational skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrates a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Is detail-oriented with a strategic approach to problem-solving and operations management
