Job Overview:
The Senior QHSES Assurance Tech will work within clearly defined standard operating procedures and scientific methods and adhere to quality guidelines. The Associate QHSES Assurance Tech should have analytical skills, strong writing skills and attention to detail
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, organize, write, and edit engineering and company procedures and other related documents.
- Analyze documents to maintain the continuity of the style of content.
- Suggest modifications to documents to make them easier to understand.
- Manage updates and revisions to technical literature.
- Perform quality check of documents with an emphasis on sentence structure, grammar, and spelling.
Essential Qualifications and Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in relevant field of study.
- At least five (5) years of technical writing experience.
- Proven working experience in a technical writing position.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic Visio Skills
- Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking.
- Adept with computers and associated programs, including but not limited to; Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences.
