Job Description 

The Lubricants Commercial Manager is responsible for driving the commercial performance of the lubricant business through strategic planning, market expansion, pricing optimization, and management of key customer relationships. The role leads commercial activities, develops growth strategies, oversees sales forecasts, manages budgets, and ensures profitability across the lubricant product portfolio.

Responsibilities include developing commercial strategies, identifying new business opportunities, leading marketing initiatives, monitoring market trends, coordinating with plant operations, managing pricing and margins, executing contracts, supporting product development, preparing commercial reports, and building a high‑performing commercial team.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8–10 years lubricant or downstream oil and gas commercial experience, including 3+ years in management.
  • Strong knowledge of lubricant markets and commercial operations.
  • Proven sales strategy development, revenue growth, and market expansion experience.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical, data‑driven decision‑making capabilities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
