Qualifications
This is an entry-level automotive service position responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance and basic service work to keep customer vehicles operating safely and efficiently.
Primary Responsibilities- Perform oil and filter changes according to manufacturer specifications.
- Inspect, check, and top off vehicle fluids, including engine oil, coolant, brake fluid, transmission fluid, and windshield washer fluid.
- Rotate and balance tires when needed.
- Replace air, cabin, fuel, and oil filters.
- Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections.
- Report maintenance concerns and recommended repairs to Service Advisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Properly handle tools, equipment, and automotive fluids
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and good hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Previous automotive experience is helpful but not required; on-the-job training is available.
