Position Qualifications: High School Diploma required, some college preferred. Minimum of two (2) years direct care experience working with at-risk youths or a college degree with a minimum of one (1) year direct care experience working with at-risk youths preferred. Individuals with a background in security are highly encouraged to apply. Ability to manage and promote a therapeutic environment, taking into account the varying clinical needs of each resident. Possession of a valid Driver’s License. Must possess exceptional time management and high attention to detail skills
