PTW is the world leader provider in videogames services and is currently hiring linguists for Translator AND LQA Tester roles. in São Paulo, Brazil. We are seeking candidates with advanced language skills and extensive cultural knowledge of videogames.
You will be responsible for accurately translating / assuring localization quality of video game content and other associated texts into Portuguese from English. You will work following specific product guidelines to ensure maximum linguistic quality and adherence to all relevant conventions.
- 2+ years of experience in localization or LQA (preferrable in videogames);
- C2 fluency in English and in Portuguese (certification not required);
- Degree in Linguistics, Translation or related fields.
- Knowledge of CAT tools (memoQ preferable);
- Availability to work on-site (non-remote) from Monday to Fridays;
- Passion for videogames and geek culture.
